Accessibility Statement

Last reviewed: March 1, 2026  ·  Liberation Lending Corp, DBA Zenvy Financial

Zenvy Financial is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards to achieve this.

Conformance Status

WCAG 2.1 Level AA

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. Our loan application and website are designed to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA — the internationally recognized standard for web accessibility.

This means our digital properties are perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for users across a wide range of abilities and assistive technologies.

Technical Accessibility Measures

We have taken the following specific steps to ensure our loan application and website meet accessibility requirements:

  • Keyboard navigation — All functionality is fully operable via keyboard without requiring a mouse
  • Screen reader support — All form fields, buttons, and interactive elements include appropriate ARIA labels, roles, and live regions for screen reader users
  • Visible focus indicators — A clearly visible focus ring appears on all interactive elements for keyboard users
  • Skip navigation — A skip link allows keyboard and screen reader users to bypass repetitive navigation
  • Color contrast — All text meets the minimum 4.5:1 contrast ratio required for normal text under WCAG 1.4.3
  • Touch targets — All interactive elements meet the minimum 44×44 pixel touch target size for users with motor impairments
  • Error identification — Form errors are clearly identified, described in text, and announced to screen readers via ARIA live regions
  • Form labels — All form inputs have explicit labels and grouped controls use fieldset and legend elements
  • Reduced motion — Animations and transitions are disabled for users who have indicated a preference for reduced motion in their system settings
  • High contrast mode — The interface adapts to Windows High Contrast and forced colors modes
  • Semantic structure — Pages use proper HTML heading hierarchy, landmark regions, and ARIA roles to convey document structure
  • Autocomplete — Form fields support browser autocomplete to assist users with cognitive disabilities and motor impairments

Supported Assistive Technologies

Our website has been designed and tested to work with the following commonly used assistive technologies:

  • NVDA with Chrome and Firefox on Windows
  • JAWS with Chrome and Edge on Windows
  • VoiceOver with Safari on macOS and iOS
  • TalkBack with Chrome on Android
  • Keyboard-only navigation on all major browsers

Known Limitations

While we strive for full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance across all of our digital properties, some third-party content or integrations may not be fully within our control. These include:

  • Third-party lender partner portals, which are governed by their own accessibility policies
  • Embedded third-party widgets or tools not hosted directly by Zenvy Financial

We work with our partners to encourage accessibility compliance and will flag any identified third-party barriers to their respective teams.
